In Grade 12 Music Course (Term 1), students learn what the various career options for them in music are. They develop their vocal skills by learning 3 songs – In The Stars, Bohemian Rhapsody and Joker and the Queen. They create alankars, convert them into melodies, add lyrics, and create their song. They add orchestration to it and then visualize the song. They notate their compositions.
