Refund Policy
Only partial refunds are available. Our refunds policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days are over since your purchase of a course, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you ask for a refund within 14 days, the amount for the course minus the amount for classes attended will be refunded to you. Refund processing time - It would take 7-14 business days for the same.
To be eligible for a refund, you should site a valid reason. For example:
• You will not be available on the dates of classes as per schedule on the website
• You are dissatisfied with the quality of content available
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Refunds (if applicable and eligible)
If your request is approved, then refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We can re-enrol you to a different course which is priced the same as exchange, in case you are not happy with the course. If you need this, send us an email at [email protected]
