Carnatic Vocals: Master Ragas, Swaras & Rhythm with Precision!
In this Carnatic Vocals course, students progress to Swara Jathis and Jathi Swarams, laying a strong foundation for advanced learning. The concept of Varnam is introduced, with three Varnams taught in detail. Students continue expanding their repertoire with Keerthanams, Divya Namavalis, and Bhajans while also exploring new Ragas such as Anandabhairavi, Abhogi, Natta, Kaapi, and Reetigowla.
Technical exercises like Mandra Sthayi Varisas, Janta Varisas, and Dhattu Varisas are emphasized for vocal agility. Students also receive an introduction to Saptha Thaala Alankaras and begin exploring Pancharatnams and Navaragamalikas. By the end of this Carnatic Vocals course, learners transition into the advanced stages of Carnatic music with a deeper understanding of rhythm, melody, and expressive singing.
