At this level, students are introduced to a wide variety of patterns that are simple in structure and based on repetition, but rhythmically different. These variations allow learners to experience familiar note sequences in new rhythmic contexts and master the solfege.

This self-study course is designed to help students develop a deeper understanding of note positions by practicing them in different note durations. As they engage with these exercises, students gradually strengthen their ability to place each note accurately while building a solid rhythmic foundation.
